Chief Executive OfficerHe holds a Bachelor's Degree (Hons) in Accounting from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) and is a Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and CPA Australia. He is also a member of the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants (AICPA) and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) & currently serves on the MIA Education Board.
Throughout his career, Ibrahim has served at EONCAP Islamic Bank Berhad (now known as Hong Leong Islamic Bank Berhad) and CIMB Investment Bank, before expanding into the broadcasting industry with BFM and Astro.
Beyond his professional roles, he also contributes to youth development as a Board Member of the Institute for Youth Research Malaysia (IYRES), a statutory body under the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
Kama Bistari Muhammad
Executive Vice President, OperationsKama Bistari holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science and Engineering, majoring in Bioengineering with a minor in Mathematics from the University of Pennsylvania (UPenn) in 2006.
Kama Bistari Muhammad began his service with Yayasan Peneraju in January 2016 as an Associate Director before being appointed as the Head of Programme & Service Delivery Management in 2020. He served as the Acting Executive Vice President, Operations starting November 2022 and now holds the position of Executive Vice President effective April 2024.
He comes with extensive experience in the agrotechnology, food science, and biotechnology industries, spanning over 10 years. He was involved in several international conferences, including the TERMIS-AP 2010 Annual Conference in Sydney, Australia, and has published a journal article indexed in ISI. Prior to his tenure with Yayasan Peneraju, he served as a Manager at the Malaysian Biotechnology Corporation (BiotechCorp), a government agency under MOSTI. At BiotechCorp, he represented the Malaysia delegation at APEC Forum in Manila for the Policy Partnership on Science, Technology & Innovation conference in 2015.
Nor Azmah Zahrullail
Senior Vice President, Finance ServicesNor Azmah holds a Bachelor of Accounting (Hons) from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). She is also a certified Associate Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), accredited by the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
Nor Azmah Zahrullail joined Yayasan Peneraju as Head of Finance in June 2019 before being appointed to her current role as Senior Vice President, Finance Services. She brings with her a solid background in accounting and finance, having worked across diverse industries including printing, media, insurance, audit and more. Over the years, she has held key roles in several insurance companies, overseeing financial records and credit control for general, life and takaful insurance.
She also gained valuable experience at The New Straits Times Press and Media Prima, where she contributed to financial planning, system management, and various corporate restructuring projects.
In her current role, Nor Azmah oversees the organisation’s financial management and reporting functions, providing leadership in financial integrity, governance and responsible stewardship. She is responsible for financial discipline across reporting, budgeting and forecasting, audit governance, statutory compliance and procurement oversight, supporting transparency and sound decision-making at both management and Board levels. Her responsibilities also include oversight of payables and receivables management to support effective cash flow and financial sustainability, as well as financial governance over Dana YP-related activities.
Syed Arnez Amdan Syed Khalil
Senior Vice President, Leadership Experience & Development (LEAD)Syed Arnez is an alumnus of the University of Malaya (UM), holding both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science.
With over 15 years of experience in government-related entities, Syed Arnez Amdan Syed Khalil has built a career across multiple sectors, including education, biotechnology, healthcare and medical devices. He has held portfolios in business development, strategic planning, business intelligence and research commercialisation. At Yayasan Peneraju (YP), he has served in several key roles, including Associate Director for Strategic Planning, Special Officer to the Chief Executive Officer and Senior Vice President, Corporate Services, overseeing People & Culture, Procurement, Risk Management, Governance, Secretariat & Legal and Communications portfolios.
Effective January 2026, Syed Arnez assumed the role of Senior Vice President, Leadership Experience & Development (LEAD).
His cross-functional leadership is supported by deep competencies in corporate strategy, operations and support functions, industry development, stakeholder engagement, government affairs, market research and the design and implementation of Bumiputera development initiatives. His ability to navigate complex operational and corporate support functions has also been instrumental in supporting YP’s talent development, organisational growth and policy alignment.
Rose Adzreen Adnan
Senior Vice President, TechnologyRose holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Management Information Systems from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) and is a certified auditor in ISO/IEC 20000.
A technology leader with over two decades of hands-on experience, Rose Adzreen Adnan has guided multidisciplinary teams across analytics, data engineering and IT governance, delivering enterprise-level solutions across both private and public sectors.
Prior to joining Yayasan Peneraju, she served as Head of Big Data Analytics at LAKSANA, leading a diverse team in delivering comprehensive big data services including data portals, dashboards and data warehouses for the agency and its stakeholders. Her previous roles include Analytics Delivery Lead at Credence Sdn Bhd, Manager of Analytics Delivery and Data Governance Manager at TM One, which is under Telekom Malaysia (TM), as well as earlier management roles in business performance, data operations and various IT service management roles at AT&T Worldwide Network Services (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. and CSC Malaysia Sdn Bhd. Her work has centred on leading skilled teams, establishing data management practices and enabling data-driven decision-making across organisations.
Since taking up her role as Senior Vice President, Technology Services in 2024, Rose has been overseeing the organisation’s technology and data capabilities, including the Yayasan Peneraju’s first application portal, Peneraju.org.
Nikman Ahmad Fuzi
Head, Corporate ServicesNikman holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) in International Business from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) and obtained his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2021.
Nikman Ahmad Fuzi is the Head of Corporate Services at Yayasan Peneraju, where he oversees key corporate functions that support the organisation’s strategic direction and core business operations. From his initial position as Associate Director, Programme Management Office in July 2017, he has since held several leadership roles within the organisation, including Head of Planning & Business Intelligence, Head of Corporate Planning and Head of Transformation Office. His tenure demonstrates a strong track record in driving strategy execution, organisational excellence and transformation.
Prior to joining Yayasan Peneraju, Nikman gained valuable experience in business development within the education sector, having served at HELP University in 2014 and Taylor’s Education Group in 2010, following the start of his career as a Business Analyst at United Overseas Bank in 2007.
Drawing on his multidisciplinary background, Nikman brings a flexible and holistic approach to his current role, spanning from education management and corporate strategy. He is deeply passionate about strategic planning, organisational transformation and talent development and actively champions initiatives that boost sustainable growth and long term impact.
Nurul Izzaty Mohd Khozali
Head of CEO OfficeNurul Izzaty holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) and a Bachelor of Human Sciences (Sociology & Anthropology) from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). She is also a certified Professional in Human Resources - International (PHRi) and Certified Professional in Human Resources, Malaysia (MyCP).
With over 13 years of experience in human resources, corporate management and organisational transformation, Nurul Izzaty Mohd Khozali currently serves as Head of the CEO’s Office at Yayasan Peneraju. She oversees the functions of the CEO’s Office, People & Culture, Administration and the Project Management Office (PMO), while driving corporate governance, strategic initiatives and organisational excellence in support of the organisation’s long-term objectives.
Since joining Yayasan Peneraju in 2019, Nurul Izzaty has held several leadership roles within the People & Culture function, leading key human capital and development initiatives before assuming her current position as Head of the CEO’s Office in 2026.
Prior to joining Yayasan Peneraju, she established the Human Resources Department at IMS Motorsports Group and gained early experience in HR and business operations at Laura Ashley (SEA) Sdn. Bhd. She brings a people-centric and results-driven approach to leadership, with a strong focus on talent development, workforce effectiveness and sustainable growth.
